Q: How long before I receive my initial OmCanna box?

A: Initial box delivery is to be expected within 3 business days 

Q: How will I know when my box will arrive?

A: An AHC representative will email a delivery day with time frame. Consecutive deliveries will be made on the 5th of each month 

Q: What if I'm not available during the time allocated for my delivery?

A: Our drivers will stay in contact on the day of delivery to coordinate a convenient drop off time.

Q: Can you deliver to my place of employment or school?

A: For the safety of our members and staff, deliveries will only occur at your home or apartment.

Q: I received a vaporizer battery with my first delivery, but not since...what gives?

A: Vaporizer batteries are included in your initial box only. 

Q: My battery isn't working. Can it be replaced?

A: A defective vaporizer battery will certainly be exchanged, however contact our customer care representative and we'll try troubleshooting the problem first. 

Q: Can we chose the items in our box?

A: The beauty in our service is that an expert has already curated the perfect box so as to save you the guess work associated with too many options.

Q: What kind of strains will my box contain?

A: 90% of our strains will be Indica dominant with a dash of exceptional Sativas & Hybrids when they are contrived.

Q: How many strains will be in my box?

A: The number of flower strains depends on your package: Novice (2), Transitional (2), Connoisseur (4).

Q: How is product dosage and potency guaranteed?

A: AHC partners with state compliant manufacturers that consistently test their product. AHC also utilizes 3rd party testing facilities to ensure the integrity of all products. 

Q: Why does my box this month have more/less product than the previous month?

A: From time to time we'll procure products that are effective yet have a higher/lower thc mg content. We offset the cost by offering more/less items so you always get your moneys worth.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Click HERE and follow the steps to our eCommerce marketplace.

Q: What do I need to sign up?

A: All members must have a valid physician recommendation and debit/credit card for recurring payments.

Q: I don't have a valid rec, can I still sign up?

A: We will be accepting new members 21+ without a valid rec on December 28th of Jan 2018 delivery.

Q: Does membership require a contract?

A: No. Membership is on a month-to-month basis which you may cancel at anytime by visiting our eCommerce marketplace.

Q: Can I change the package for one that has more/less product?

A: Yes, however changes in your package choice must be submitted by the 28th of each month.

Q: When will my card be charged?

A: Your initial charge will be automatic and in the amount of the package selected. Recurring charges will be performed on the 1st of each month.
